I had a credit with you. I was wondering why I havent been seeing any thing from you lately. I had no idea you were going to close I so hate this. As I know you do also. But I canceled an order and I was told that I would just have a credit and could use it at another time. Well that other time apparently is not going to come about unfortunately. Dissatisfied with blanket done incorrectly

No one calls you back when you have a problem. When you are told to contact them for issues the answering machine said we are closed when they are supposed to be open . Very disappointed for my first experience

Unhappy with my class reunion book I got today

The pictures I wanted larger were made smaller. I had two sentences in the book that got cut off at the bottom of the page. You can see the top tips of the words barely. Cant make them out. Very disappointed. My girlfriend bought one and I loved it so she helped me order. Plus mine was over $20 more. Order number is 1020****
